The Town of Superior sits just to the south-east of Boulder with ease of commute to Boulder or Denver. During the 1990s, Superior was the 4th fastest growing town in the nation. With the explosion in residential development, the Flatiron Crossing Mall and Superior Marketplace soon followed, where you will discover major retailers such as Nordstrom’s and Macy’s, along with restaurants, theaters and other retail outlets all within easy reach. Even though Superior offers a myriad of options, including townhomes, single family homes (to include standard models as well as custom homes), over 40% of Superior’s seven square miles is dedicated as open space. The town itself is approximately four square miles in area and has 594 acres of parks, 2 community pools, tennis courts, open space and 27 miles of trails.
